Unify is the kind of place people don’t want to leave and that starts at the front desk. As our Service Ambassador, you’re the warm first impression and the reason members feel at home.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every member and guest with genuine warmth - you set the tone the moment they arrive

• Check members in and manage bookings, waitlists, and the daily class schedule

• Answer questions about class types, memberships, and pricing with confidence and care

• Turn first-time visitors into regulars - follow up on intro offers and share what makes Unify special

• Support studio growth through authentic sales conversations and promotions

• Keep the studio calm, clean, and beautifully presented between classes

• Handle phone calls, emails, and member requests with attentiveness

What We're Looking For

• A natural people-person with a warm, professional presence

• Reliable, punctual, and calm and clear-headed when the front desk gets busy

• Confident with sales and comfortable talking memberships

• Able to commit to a consistent set of part-time shifts within our operating hours -mornings, evenings, and weekends. We’ll build a schedule together; we’re not asking you to be open to all of them

• Comfortable with booking software and email - studio or fitness experience is a plus, not a requirement

• A team player who shows up for our weekly Saturday 7:00 AM team meeting with no exceptions

Schedule

Part-time and permanent, with a consistent set of shifts across mornings, evenings, and weekends. Every Saturday at 7:00 AM, the team meets to connect, align, and set up the week ahead. It’s an early start, and it’s part of the job!
