STRETCH & RENEWis a restorative reformer class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support recovery. Slow, supported movements help lengthen the body, improve circulation, and restore ease of movement. This class is ideal for beginners, active recovery days, or anyone looking to move in a more gentle, intentional way. You’ll leave feeling more open, balanced, and reconnected to your body.

Unify Jump
UNIFY JUMP is an energizing reformer class that builds strength, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance using the cardio- tramp. You’ll move through controlled, low-impact jumping sequences that challenge stability, power, and core support. This class helps improve bone health, balance, and overall resilience while keeping movement joint-friendly and fun.

Unify Core
UNIFY CORE focuses on building deep strength through the center of the body. This class develops core stability, control, and coordination while layering more complex movements onto the foundation established in Reformer Flow. Athletic Reformer
ATHLETIC REFORMER is a dynamic, full-body class designed to build strength, stability, and confidence. It blends Pilates with athletic-inspired movement, using thoughtful progressions, varied resistance, and smooth transitions to challenge your body in a supportive way. You’ll develop coordination, endurance, and control while moving at a steady, energizing pace. This class is best suited for clients who are comfortable with the reformer and ready to explore more advanced layers of movement.
