At Unify, teaching isn’t about running a set. It’s about reading the person on the equipment and giving them exactly what they need that day - the cue that unlocks an exercise, the modification that keeps someone safe, the moment of connection that keeps them coming back. We’re looking for an instructor who wants to own that, not just deliver it.

What You'll Do

• Lead mat and/or reformer classes built around the people in the room - not a fixed script

• Read each client’s body, history, and limitations, and adjust in real time

• Cue with precision, correct with care, and give every client the feeling that they were actually seen

• Build genuine relationships with members that turn a single class into a standing habit

• Bring energy and presence to every class, whether it’s 3 people or 30

• Collaborate with the team on programming, events, and member experience

• Represent the Unify standard, in and out of the studio

What We're Looking For

• A certified Pilates instructor (mat and/or reformer) with strong technical fundamentals

• Someone who wants to lead a class, not merely run one

• The judgment to adapt a class in the moment for the bodies actually in front of you

• A warm, confident teaching presence that makes clients feel cared for - not processed

• Curiosity and coach-ability - instructors who want to keep learning, not instructors who think they’ve arrived

• Reliability and professionalism: on time, prepared, dependable every time you’re on the schedule
